This addition onto a Cape was a collaboration between Scapes Builders & Excavation, LLC, Tom O’brien Designs and Classic Kitchens & Baths. The goal was to create a new space for the kitchen by taking down a wall and building out a new addition. The resulting space created an open, well-lit kitchen and dining area. Scapes Builders & Excavation, LLC self-performed the work, including excavation/site work, framing, siding, roofing, interior finish work, hard-wood flooring installation, cabinet installation, and landscaping.
